  • Check-In begins at 7:00 am
  • Opening Celebration at 8:00 am
  • Classes begin at 8:30 am
Lunch - Session 1 ~11:30 am-12:05 pm
       Session 2 ~12:15-12:50 pm

$40.00 per person the day of the event



To Register for Pow Wow and Classes: (Classes will be available on a first come, first serve basis.  Register early!  Spaces can't be saved without the name of the participant and payment.)  Please follow these step by step instructions.  PLEASE PRINT THIS SCREEN TO HELP YOU WITH THE PROCESS.


  1. 1st Screen: Create / Update Your Group Information - enter the reservation contact information.  For Unit Type, please only enter Pack and the Number.  We do not need Den information.  When completed, click on the Save & Continue button.
  2. 2nd Screen: Register Individuals - This is where you will enter all unit attendees by name and type.  Please note that the Pack Special is for 4 or more persons on one reservation.  If there are fewer than 4, your reservation will be revised and you will have a balance due.  Once you have entered a name and selected the Attendee Type, hit save. Continue the process until all members are entered, then hit continue.
  3. Still on 2nd Screen: Register by Activity - Click here to assign classes to each person on your reservation.  The screen will show a drop-down menu titled Member Name:, for each person click on the Add Classes button.  For each session you must pick a class then hit save and click on the next session and do the same till all classes have been assigned for each person.  All classes will show on the final statement of your reservation.  If you sign up for a 2 hour class, please remember not to sign up for a class in the next session.
  4. Please remember to CHECK FOR CONFLICTS before going to the payment page.
  5. When finished hit the continue button and it will take you to the payment page.
  6. Payment may.
