Greater Los Angeles Area Council Refund Policy: All refund requests must be in writing, with a date, and sent to the Smiser Scout Center. A full refund will be issued if the written request is received at the Smiser Scout Center 30 days prior to the event unless otherwise stated in the event brochure. A 50% refund will be issued if the written request is received at the Smiser Scout Center less than 30 days prior to the event unless otherwise stated in the event brochure. Refunds will not be issued for requests received after the opening date of the event.
